TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Welcome to Fluntstan.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fluntstan.store and your purchase of products from us.

Throughout these Terms, the words "Fluntstan", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the trader operating Fluntstan.store.

Website: Fluntstan.store
Email: help@Fluntstan.store

Please ensure that the information above is completed before these Terms are published.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms apply to the sale of products through Fluntstan.store and to your use of our website.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Additional policies may also apply to your use of our website and purchases, including our:

  • Return & Refund Policy;

  • Shipping Policy;

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Cookie Policy; and

  • Any other policies displayed on Fluntstan.store.

Where mandatory consumer law gives you rights that are more favourable than these Terms, those statutory rights will apply.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

To place an order through Fluntstan.store, you must:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Provide a valid payment method that you are authorised to use; and

  • Comply with these Terms.

If you are under 18, you should only place an order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on:

  • Your device;

  • Screen settings;

  • Lighting;

  • Photography; and

  • Manufacturing variations.

Such minor variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is materially different from its description.

All products must conform to the contract and applicable UK consumer law.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve that product.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order but before a contract has been accepted, we may cancel the affected item and refund any payment taken for it.

If a contract has already been formed and we cannot supply an item, we will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.

5. PRICES

Prices displayed on Fluntstan.store are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP/£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices presented to consumers will include applicable taxes where required by law.

Any mandatory charges that can reasonably be calculated in advance will be clearly disclosed before you place your order.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete checkout.

We aim to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate.

6. PRICING ERRORS

Despite reasonable care, a product may occasionally be displayed with an incorrect price.

If we identify an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you and give you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel your order.

We will not use this provision to alter an agreed price arbitrarily after a binding contract has been formed.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

7. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions, voucher codes and discounts may be subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Only valid promotions may be applied;

  • Promotions may have eligibility requirements;

  • Discounts may not be combined where clearly stated before purchase; and

  • Promotions may end in accordance with their advertised terms.

We will not use false urgency, misleading discounts, fabricated reference prices or other unfair commercial practices.

Your statutory rights remain unchanged when purchasing discounted products.

8. PLACING AN ORDER

Our checkout process allows you to review and correct your order before submitting it.

Before placing your order, you will be provided with relevant information concerning:

  • The products;

  • Main product characteristics;

  • Total price;

  • Applicable taxes;

  • Delivery options;

  • Delivery charges;

  • Payment arrangements; and

  • Relevant cancellation rights.

The final checkout button will clearly indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

9. ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

After placing an order, you may receive an automated email acknowledging that we have received it.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, our acceptance occurs when we send you confirmation that the order has been accepted or when the goods are dispatched.

At that point, a binding contract for the relevant goods is formed between you and us.

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ORDER BEFORE ACCEPTANCE

Before a contract has been formed, we may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • An obvious pricing or description error;

  • Payment authorisation failure;

  • Suspected fraud or unlawful activity;

  • Delivery restrictions;

  • Regulatory restrictions; or

  • Other legitimate reasons preventing us from fulfilling the order.

If payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept, the relevant amount will be refunded.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against customers or refuse orders for prohibited reasons.

11. PAYMENT

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

By providing payment information, you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate;

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method; and

  • You authorise payment for the total amount disclosed at checkout.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers.

We do not guarantee that any particular payment method will always remain available.

12. ADDITIONAL CHARGES

We will not charge optional additional amounts without your express consent where such consent is required by law.

Optional extras will not be added using pre-ticked boxes or other methods that do not amount to valid consent.

The total amount payable will be made clear before you submit your order.

13. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

help@Fluntstan.store

We will try to accommodate requests made before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once processing has begun.

Your statutory cancellation rights for online purchases remain available where applicable, regardless of whether we are able to stop an order before dispatch.

Please see our Return & Refund Policy for further information.

14. DELIVERY

We offer the delivery options described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery arrangements, charges and estimated delivery information will be provided before you complete your purchase.

Any delivery timeframe displayed is subject to the terms stated in our Shipping Policy and applicable consumer law.

15. DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please check your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you realise that you have provided incorrect information, contact us immediately at:

help@Fluntstan.store

We will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

This does not affect responsibility for errors caused by us.

16. DELIVERY DELAYS

If delivery is delayed, we will deal with the order in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Where delivery by an agreed date is essential, or where the law otherwise gives you a right to terminate because of late delivery, your statutory rights will apply.

We will not use these Terms to exclude liability for delivery obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

17. RISK IN THE GOODS

For consumer purchases, risk in the goods generally passes to you when you, or a person identified by you to receive the goods, obtains physical possession of them.

Where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us, different statutory rules may apply.

18. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Legal ownership of goods will pass in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the transaction, normally after full payment has been received and the goods have been supplied.

Risk and ownership are separate legal concepts.

19. LOST GOODS

If an order is lost before risk has lawfully passed to you, please contact:

help@Fluntstan.store

We will investigate the shipment and provide any remedy required under applicable law.

You will not be required to resolve a dispute directly with our chosen delivery carrier where the legal responsibility remains with us.

20. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ONLINE PURCHASE

For most online purchases, UK consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason.

For goods, the cancellation period will generally expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

After notifying us of cancellation, goods must normally be returned within the applicable legal return period.

Full details are contained in our Return & Refund Policy.

21. EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Certain products may be excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right where permitted by law.

These can include, depending on the circumstances:

  • Goods made to your specifications;

  • Clearly personalised products;

  • Certain sealed hygiene or health-protection goods after the seal has been broken;

  • Goods liable to deteriorate rapidly; and

  • Other statutory exceptions.

These exceptions do not remove your rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.

22. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right to:

  • Cancel;

  • Reject faulty goods;

  • Receive a refund;

  • Request repair or replacement;

  • Receive a price reduction; or

  • Exercise another statutory remedy.

23. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must generally be:

  • Of satisfactory quality;

  • Fit for purpose; and

  • As described.

You may be entitled to statutory remedies where goods fail to meet these standards.

These rights cannot be removed by these Terms.

24. FAULTY PRODUCTS

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to conform to the contract, contact:

help@Fluntstan.store

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to:

  • Reject the goods and receive a refund;

  • Repair;

  • Replacement;

  • Price reduction; or

  • Final rejection.

Your rights depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer legislation.

25. WEBSITE ACCOUNTS

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You should notify us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You must not:

  • Provide false account information;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Use another person's account without permission; or

  • Use your account for unlawful activities.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or enforcement of these Terms.

26. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use Fluntstan.store:

  • For unlawful purposes;

  • To commit or encourage fraud;

  • To transmit malicious software;

  • To interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • To attempt unauthorised access to our systems;

  • To scrape or harvest data unlawfully;

  • To infringe intellectual property rights;

  • To harass, abuse or harm others; or

  • To carry out conduct prohibited by applicable law.

We may take proportionate action where these rules are breached.

27. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content of Fluntstan.store, including:

  • Brand names;

  • Logos;

  • Graphics;

  • Product photography;

  • Designs;

  • Text;

  • Layout;

  • Website content; and

  • Other original materials,

is owned by or licensed to Fluntstan and may be protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal and lawful shopping purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create unauthorised derivative works from protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

28. FLUNTSTAN BRANDING

The Fluntstan name, branding, logos and visual identity may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests:

  • Sponsorship;

  • Partnership;

  • Authorisation;

  • Affiliation; or

  • Endorsement

without our prior permission.

Nothing in these Terms prevents lawful uses permitted by intellectual property law.

29. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

Where our website allows reviews, photographs, comments or other customer-generated content, you must ensure that anything you submit:

  • Reflects a genuine experience where represented as a review;

  • Is not knowingly false or misleading;

  • Does not infringe another person's rights;

  • Is not unlawful;

  • Is not defamatory;

  • Does not contain malicious code; and

  • Is not submitted in exchange for undisclosed incentives where disclosure is legally required.

We will not knowingly publish or commission fake consumer reviews.

We may moderate content where reasonably necessary to comply with law or platform rules.

30. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse or control the third-party service.

Third-party websites may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that the law requires us to retain.

31. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep Fluntstan.store available and functioning properly.

However, the website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance;

  • Technical faults;

  • Security updates;

  • Infrastructure failures; or

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access.

This provision does not affect any obligations relating to orders or contracts already entered into.

32. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONSUMERS

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill where applicable.

A loss is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen or if both parties knew, when the contract was formed, that it might happen.

For consumer transactions, we do not seek to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.

33. LIABILITY THAT WE DO NOT EXCLUDE

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded;

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • Breach of statutory rights relating to goods;

  • Liability under applicable defective-product law where it cannot legally be excluded; or

  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

34. BUSINESS LOSSES

Our products and website are principally intended for consumers.

If you use our products or website for commercial or business purposes, different legal rules may apply.

Nothing in this section affects rights that legally cannot be excluded.

35. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

Such events may include severe transport disruption, natural disasters, major infrastructure failures, industrial action, war, civil disturbance or governmental action.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such events.

Your rights relating to cancellation, delivery and refunds under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

36. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Our Privacy Policy should explain, among other matters:

  • What information we collect;

  • Why we process it;

  • The lawful bases relied upon;

  • How long information is retained;

  • Who information may be shared with; and

  • Your data-protection rights.

Please review our Privacy Policy before using the website.

37. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using our website, you understand that contractual and transactional communications may be provided electronically, including through:

  • Email;

  • Website notices; and

  • Account notifications.

This does not mean that you consent to direct marketing where separate consent or another lawful basis is required.

38. MARKETING

Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law.

Where applicable, you may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the method provided in the communication.

Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional communications relating to an order.

39. SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to protect our website and customer information.

However, no internet system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should use appropriate security measures on your own devices and notify us if you become aware of suspicious activity relating to your interaction with Fluntstan.

40. FRAUD PREVENTION

Orders may be subject to reasonable fraud-prevention and security checks.

Where necessary, we may request additional information to verify a transaction.

Any such checks will be carried out lawfully and proportionately.

We may decline a transaction where there are legitimate grounds to suspect fraud or unlawful activity.

41. COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint, please contact:

Email: help@Fluntstan.store

Please include:

  • Your name;

  • Order number, where relevant;

  • A description of the issue; and

  • Your preferred resolution.

We will aim to investigate complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.

42. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Where we are legally required to participate in an alternative dispute resolution procedure, or where we voluntarily agree to do so, relevant information will be provided to you.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any right to seek a remedy through a court or other competent authority.

43. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect:

  • Changes in law;

  • Changes to our services;

  • Operational changes; or

  • Changes to our website.

The Terms that applied when you entered into a contract with us will generally continue to govern that contract unless the law permits or requires otherwise.

We will not retrospectively change an agreed consumer contract simply to place you in a materially worse position without a lawful basis.

The latest version will be displayed on Fluntstan.store with an updated revision date.

44. SEVERABILITY

If a court or competent authority decides that part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

45. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived that right.

Likewise, delaying enforcement does not automatically prevent us from enforcing the right later.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

46. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Unless these Terms expressly state otherwise, they are intended to regulate the relationship between you and us.

Nothing in this provision limits any third-party right that cannot legally be excluded.

47. GOVERNING LAW

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, these Terms and contracts between you and us are governed subject to the mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.

If you live in:

  • England or Wales, you may generally bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales;

  • Scotland, you may generally bring proceedings in the Scottish courts; or

  • Northern Ireland, you may generally bring proceedings in the courts of Northern Ireland.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law applicable to them.

48. UK CONSUMER LEGISLATION

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable UK law, including, where relevant:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015;

  • Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013;

  • Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024;

  • Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, as amended;

  • Applicable data-protection legislation; and

  • Other applicable UK consumer, e-commerce and trading legislation.

Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory statutory protection will prevail.

49. FAIRNESS AND TRANSPARENCY

These Terms are intended to be fair, transparent and understandable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to:

  • Mislead consumers;

  • Hide mandatory charges;

  • Remove statutory rights;

  • Impose disproportionate penalties;

  • Permit arbitrary changes to an agreed contract; or

  • Create a significant unfair imbalance between Fluntstan and the consumer.
